Community Announcement Guidelines

The Community Bulletin Board at WMNF is offered as a courtesy to non-profit organizations to broadcast events and fundraisers to listeners within the Tampa Bay region. In order for your announcement to be considered for placement on the Community Bulletin Board you must represent a 501 (c)(3) or (4) IRS designated organization.

Allow one week, upon our reception, for your listing to appear. It will be edited for length and brevity.

Please keep in mind:

• No prices will be included in the text of your announcement.
• Announcements will be no more than 45 seconds long, preferably 30 seconds or less.
• The station receives too many PSAs for all of them to be included on the Community Bulletin Board. Attempts are made to direct certain announcements to the appropriate program. We reserve the right to decide which listings to include, which may be arbitrary.
• NO CONCERT ANNOUNCEMENTS OF ANY KIND WILL BE POSTED ON THE CBB. NO EXCEPTIONS. Send all music listings to Program Director Randy Wynne, randy@wmnf.org
