Sunday, September 07 2008 -- TRANSITIONS Support Group

Transitions is a caring Support Group that helps you deal with a great loss, such as the death of a loved one, loss of a marriage, a job, or your own health, and traumatic changes in trying times. TRANSITIONS plots goals and strategies & lets you achieve results, with the help of skilled counselors. The group meets 5 – 6:30 PM every Sunday at Congregational – United Church of Christ, 3700 26th Street West in Bradenton. and on Wednesdays, 5-6:30 PM at the University of South Florida, Sarasota, Room B-242.
